After almost 9 months of being at home, I have returned to the workplace. Along with that comes all the issues associated with getting enough sleep, balancing family relationships, and getting exercise. It would be great to report that all is well and I am living a balanced, healthy lifestyle (which this blog is dedicated to helping me and you achieve), but it would be a lie.
Each day I am forced to remake those decisions and re-prioritize my life to make sure I am removing as much stress and strain as possible. Some days are better than others. But on every day, my goal is to get through it in the best possible way. I am still striving for balanced, healthy lifestyle.
